Free Online Dot Flow
Draw paths to connect each pair of matching coloured dots on the grid. Paths cannot cross, and every cell must be filled to complete the puzzle. A satisfying connect-the-dots logic game — no download needed.
How to Play Dot Flow
- The grid contains pairs of coloured dots. Each colour has exactly two dots.
- Click and drag from one dot of a colour to its matching dot to draw a path.
- Paths must travel through adjacent cells (horizontally or vertically — no diagonals).
- Paths of different colours cannot cross or share cells.
- Every cell on the grid must be covered by a path — no cell can be left empty.
- Connect all pairs while filling the entire grid to win.
Dot Flow Tips & Strategy
- Start with dots in corners or along edges — their paths have fewer routing options, making them easier to place first.
- Work out which colour must pass through a region to fill it, then route accordingly.
- If a cell can only be reached by one colour, that colour’s path must go through it.
- Avoid trapping empty cells in pockets that only one colour can enter — plan the path to sweep through those areas.
- Redraw a path by clicking its dot again and dragging a new route if you get stuck.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Must every cell be filled?
- Yes — the puzzle is not complete until every cell on the grid is covered by a path. This constraint is what makes the puzzle challenging.
- What happens if paths cross?
- Crossing paths are not allowed. If you drag a new path over an existing one, the old path is erased at that point.
- Are puzzles randomly generated?
- Yes — each game generates a unique puzzle with a guaranteed solution.
